A WW2 Merchant Navy Atlantic Convoys, North Africa & Italy campaigns medal group awarded to Thomas Henry Hocking.

Thomas Henry Hocking served with the Merchant Navy during WW2, seeing service with the Atlantic convoys, North African and Italy campaigns.

The group would appear to be a late issue as the date on the original named C.R.S.102. form from the General Register and Record Office of Shipping and Seaman is dated 7th July 1969.

The C.R.S.102 and Board of Trade medal transmition slip confirm the group as being his full WW2 medal and clasp entitlement. Nothing else is known about Thomas Henry Hocking.

The medals are mounted for wear, sold with two original documents (one named), and are as follows -

1939/45 Star; Atlantic Star; Africa Star, clasp North Africa 1942-43; Italy Star; 1939/45 War Medal, all unnmamed as issued.
