A WW2 Single Defence Medal awarded to William Eric Liddiard, Terriritorial & Auxilliary Forces Association, City of London.

William Eric Liddiard was born on the 8th September 1908, and the 1939 Census has him listed as working as the Chief Clerk of Works Specification Department, Lane Electrical Manufacturing Company.

He was awarded the Defence Medal during WW2 and the return address on the O.H.M.S. box of issue is Territorial & Auxilliary Forces Association, City of London, Finsbury Barracks, City Road, London, E.C.1

The medal is on an original length of ribbon, sold with two pages of copied research, original named O.H.M.S. box of issue with Army forwarding slip and medal envelope, and a British Empire Union Medal and London County Council Medal, and is as follows -
