We can only find one J. R. Clarke showing WW2 Royal Air Force military service, and he was an officer and there is nothing conclusive to conect him to this medal group.

The medals are all loose, with original ribbons, award slip confirming entitlement to all of the medals, Air Ministry postal slip, and named O.H.M.S. postal card box, and are as follows -

1939/45 Star; Atlantic Strar; Africa Star; Pacific Star; 1939/45 War Medal, all unnamed as issued.
