A WW1 & WW2 Royal Navy L.S.&.G.C. (H.M.S. Royal Oak) Medal Group awarded to M.31917 Warrant Supply Officer Reginald Cordell.

Reginald Cordell was born at Faversham, Kent on 16 May 1900. He was a wage clerk before he enlisted into the Royal Navy on 31 May 1918. He served on Pembroke between 31 May 1918 - 2 July 1918 before serving on Yarmouth between 3 July 1918 - 7 December 1920. He served on Royal Oak between 22 May 1930- 24 May 1934 and during this time he was awarded his L.S. & G.C. in June 1933. Cordell was promoted to Acting Warrant Supply Officer on 26 November 1936.
