A WW2 Royal Air Force New Years Honours M.I.D. Medal Group awarded to 564884 Flt. Sgt. Edric Lathey.

Edric Lathey was born at Franham, Surrey, during January 1915, and enlsited into the Royal Air Force during September 1930.

His subsequentmention in despatches is believed to be for his services at R.A.F. Cranwell’s Wireless School.

He died in Merton, Surrey, during June 1991.
